Policy features

• Collision: covers damage to your motorcycle as a result of impact with another vehicle, person or object.
• Comprehensive: covers damage to your motorcycle caused by something other than collision, such as fire, theft, glass or vandalism.
• Low deductible options: starting at $100 for Comprehensive, $200 for Collision.

• $1,500 in coverage for riding gear, with higher limits available.
• One accident forgiveness: no penalty or loss of discount after one accident in a six year period.
• Hassle-free 12-month annual coverage, so you don’t have to worry about storage insurance when your bike’s not in use.
• $1,500 in coverage to re-key your locks with no deductible if your keys are stolen.
• Guaranteed repairs: Repairs are guaranteed as long as you own the bike if repairs are completed at a BCAA Approved Auto Repair facility.

Policy options available

• Preferred Driver Package: includes Rental Vehicle Coverage, Enhanced Loss of Use Coverage and Travel Benefits.
• Personal Property Coverage: $500 coverage to repair or replace personal contents stolen from your vehicle (does not include items that are permanently attached to your vehicle).
• No Deductible Glass: if you have a windscreen, provides repair or replacement with no deductible.
• Smash and Grab Bundle: combines Personal Property Coverage and No Deductible Glass for one low annual rate.
• Option to insure motorcycle trailers and sidecars under the same policy.

Available discounts

• Anti-Theft Device discount: save 5% on your Comprehensive premium for having a qualified anti-theft device.
• BCAA Membership discount: save up to 10% just for being a BCAA Member.
• Electronic Stability Control (ESC): save 5% on your Collision premium if your vehicle is equipped with ESC.
• Motorcycle Safety Training discount: save 5% if you have completed a recognized motorcycle training program.

Who is eligible?

BCAA Members (or spouse or family member residing in the same household), who have held a class 5 license a minimum of four years and a class 6 license a minimum of one year, with no at-fault accidents in the past four years.
