*To use the global toll-free 11-digit number, first dial the international access code for Canada based on the country you are calling from. This service is not available in all countries; for a complete list of countries where this service is available, visit OneWorld Assist.
Global toll-free numbers are different and are only accessible if the user is dialing from outside North America (Canada, U.S., and Mexico). Global toll-free numbers may be 11-digit numbers. Example: If dialing from Australia the caller would dial the following:
0011-800-663-00399
Australia’s international access code = 0011
If you are using a mobile phone, dial the “+” sign first before dialing the number you’re calling. By doing so, the international access code of the country you’re located in is automatically added to your outbound call. Then start dialing the global toll-free number.

If your mobile phone does not have a “+” on its key pad, hold down the “0” button until it turns to a “+” sign.
