BCAA expands neighbourhood reach with second sales location in Burnaby

BCAA is looking forward to serving even more Burnaby members and customers with the opening of a new sales location this week. Located at Royal Oak and Rumble, BCAA’s new South Burnaby sales location is its second in the city – the other being at its Head Office, located at 4567 Canada Way.

The opening of the South Burnaby sales location expands BCAA’s province-wide network to 28 storefront locations.

With this new location, BCAA is responding to customer calls for more convenient access to services within their communities. The South Burnaby location will specialize in BCAA’s insurance offerings, including home, condo, tenant and travel medical insurance and will provide members the opportunity to directly purchase, upgrade or renew their memberships. Customer parking is available at the rear of the building.

Manager for the sales location, Noreen Neuman, describes South Burnaby as an ideal location for BCAA’s expanding business, noting that the area has the highest expected population growth rate of all locations scouted by BCAA.

“About 23 per cent of the immediate area’s 50,000 residents are already BCAA members,” explains Neuman. “We encourage these members as well as new members and customers to pop in and chat with any of our insurance or membership specialists, and discover the many benefits that come with being a BCAA member.”

BCAA South Burnaby is located at 5201 Rumble Street, at Royal Oak. The sales location opened its doors for business on Monday, 1 March 2010.
