High level of hospitality helps Rosewood Hotel Georgia land exclusive AAA/CAA Four Diamond Rating

(Burnaby, B.C.): The British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) congratulates the Rosewood Hotel Georgia on receiving the prestigious AAA/CAA Four Diamond Rating—a distinction that only four per cent of over 31,000 AAA-Approved properties achieve.

"Providing a high level of hospitality alongside extensive amenities, service and attention to detail is what the Four Diamond Rating recognizes," says BCAA President & CEO, Tim Condon. "BCAA, along with CAA and AAA, extend our congratulations to this very deserving establishment."

There are now 32 AAA/CAA Four Diamond rated lodging establishments in B.C., and a total of 1,350 throughout Canada, the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean. All Four Diamond lodgings are subject to unannounced annual evaluations conducted by professional inspectors. The evaluations are based on published guidelines which include service, amenities and surroundings.

"It's a significant achievement to be recognized at this level," says Condon. "We're proud to acknowledge the Rosewood Hotel Georgia as one of Canada’s select accommodations."

The Four Diamond Rating is the only rating system that covers all of North America and uses professional inspectors to conduct on-site evaluations on an annual basis using published criteria available to all establishments. AAA/CAA Diamond Ratings and Inspector Notes can be found in printed TourBook guides, eTourBook guides and CAA’s TripTik Travel Planner. Plus, those with an Apple iPhone can access CAA's free TripTik Mobile app, which uses GPS technology to display AAA/CAA Approved and Diamond Rated hotels and restaurants near a user's location.
