How do I request Emergency Road Service?

Road Assist service is available to members in many parts of the world as well as Canada and the U.S. In the event of a breakdown, we will either start your vehicle or we'll tow it free of charge to the nearest repair faciity. If you want to be towed elsewhere, we will tow you up to the service limit maximum based on your membership category. And if repairs can't start right away, BCAA will help you find a place to stay or arrange another ride.

Request Road Assistance Online

To request road assistance online you must have a BCAA.com account with a valid BCAA Memnership number.
