Power steering on my car had failed

I want to pass on praise for some wonderful service I received on my recent visit to Seattle. I drove to Seattle from Kelowna B.C. to join an Alaskan cruise. On my return the morning of Friday July 29, I found that the power steering on my car had failed. The AAA referred me to Lloyd's Automotive at 23250 Military Road S, in Kent, WA.
The service I received from Tony Carroll and his staff was amazing. The work required on my car was significant. On a Friday afternoon they managed to secure parts, review my warranty coverage, resolve some issues re Cdn. vs U.S. vehicle, do the major repairs, coordinate with another shop to do a wheel alignment, and have everything complete by 5:00 pm. On top of that, they lent me a vehicle (which I never expected) and gave very clear directions for me to find a nearby Laundromat and restaurant. On my departure they directed me to a gas station and freeway entrance.
From the first contact to final farewell, Tony and his staff were friendly, cheerful, efficient, and very helpful. They made a day that could have been a disaster into a highlight of my vacation.
