Tow truck driver was delightful

The tow truck driver was delightful. He was polite, smart and a great conversationalist which was important as it was a long drive home. He really turned around a very negative experience. I can't say enough nice things! I think people like Wilf (my tow truck driver) should be recognized for outstanding service.
