High recommendation of job performance

He was super excellent! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He said we could leave before he loaded it up. I said we were going to the plaza before going home where he was to tow the vehicle. As we finished up at the plaza, I saw him pull in without my vehicle. He was able to fix it on the spot, putting the 4x4 stick back into place, as it had popped out. We thought that maybe the transmission was gone. But with his wonderful skills, he took the time, after we left the scene, to fix it, instead of just quickly towing it away, as we asked, not knowing better. We were so overjoyed that he could fix it and call it in as roadside assistance and not a tow and to follow us to the plaza to find us and explain the situation. We highly recommend his effort and actions and would appreciate it if you could forward a kind word on our behalf. We could drive the vehicle home, without any problems. We're so thankful to receive such great, quick assistance, especially on a rainy, snowy, cold day. BCAA should be so proud of having such an intelligent, young man on their staff.
