BCAA will significantly scale back its travel agency services in our storefront locations between December and January, but will continue to accept travel bookings and inquiries via our Customer Contact Centre (1-888-268-5154) and our website (www.bcaa.com ).

Group Affinity customers will continue to be able to book travel through these avenues and we are diligently working on the next step for Group Affinity Travel with a view to continue offering differentiated and special group offers on travel products.

Please note: All other BCAA services are unaffected by the changes in travel. Membership, insurance (including travel medical insurance), retail, auto travel services (including TripTiks, maps and tourbooks) and roadside assistance services continue to be available to members at all BCAA locations throughout the province.
