BCAA Auto Service Centre Car Wash Fundraiser Event

April – December 2023

BCAA Auto Service Centres are offering our automated car wash on Sundays to any sports team, league, school group or special cause looking to host a car wash fundraiser.*

Successful applicants will be permitted to use the car wash at one of BCAA’s participating Auto Service Centres FOR FREE during a designated event date to host a car wash fundraising event.*

All applications must be received by BCAA no later than two (2) weeks prior to the desired event date. Please fully review the Program Rules** before you submit your application.

About your event

Please use the allotted space to describe your Team and why it would benefit from acceptance into the Program and how it would use any funds or proceeds raised through your Event.

By completing the above form, I acknowledge that I (a) either (i) have sufficient right, authority and capacity to sign this Program Application Form as the Applicant for my Team, or (ii) have all necessary authority to sign this Program Application Form on behalf of the Applicant for the Applicant’s Team, and (b) have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Program Application Form, including those set forth in the Program Rules. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by this Program Application Form, and the Program Rules, may result in the disqualification of my Team from applying, entering and participating in the Program without recourse to my Team or myself or liability on the part of BCAA.  By submitting the above form I hereby certify that all information provided by my Team and I in our Application Package (or any other accompanying or required documents) is and will be correct, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. 

COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE OR PLACEMENT INTO THE PROGRAM. BCAA WILL, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, ACCEPT APPLICANTS FOR ADMITTANCE INTO THE PROGRAM BUT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT, PLACE OR ADMIT ANY APPLICANTS INTO THE PROGRAM.
