What started as an average day turned quite dramatic when someone accidentally drove their car through the front window of the store. What happened next was what makes BCAA special.“Once we knew everyone was ok, we got back to servicing our Members.” There was no panic, and no drama. 

Before the fireman had even left, our home office team had a contractor on site working on the door and our Help Desk team had re-routed all incoming calls. The next morning at 9am, we were open for business as usual, helping our Members.
