"PNE Prize Pack" Contest
Official Contest Rules and Regulations
WHO CAN ENTER:
Contest is open to residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority by Tuesday, August 8th, 2017, excluding employees of British Columbia Automobile Association ("BCAA"), its advertising and promotional agencies and family members with whom these employees are domiciled, and employees of the PNE.
No purchase necessary. The "PNE Prize Pack" contest (the “Contest”) begins 12:00AM on Tuesday, August 8th, 2017. To be entered into the Contest, visit www.facebook.com/BCAA and comment on what your favourite ride or event is, at The Fair at PNE/ Playland, AND share the post visit https://twitter.com/BCAA, follow BCAA and retweet the original tweet (collectively referred to as the “entry” or “Ballot”). Applicants can opt out of the contest by advising a BCAA agent or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers will be asked for their name, address and current email address as part of the entry mechanic.
To be eligible for Contest entry, all online entries must be received by 11:59 pm Pacific Time Monday, August 14th, 2017, the “Contest Closing Date”. LIMIT one entry per person.

Eligible entrants may receive their one (1) Contest entry by visiting www.facebook.com/BCAA and commenting on what their favourite ride or event is, at The Fair at PNE/ Playland, AND sharing the post, or by visiting https://twitter.com/BCAA, following BCAA and retweeting the original tweet.
BCAA will not be responsible for or have any liability resulting from entries which are mutilated, delayed, lost, stolen or misdirected. Mechanically reproduced entry forms will not be eligible to win.
LIMIT one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
There are two (2) Grand Prizes to be won each consisting of four (4) “The Fair at PNE Gate Passes” and four (4) “Playland Ride Passes”.
Prize(s) must be accepted as offered and cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted or added on to in any way. BCAA reserves the right to substitute other prizes of equal or greater value if any of the prizes offered becomes unavailable for any reason.
HOW TO WIN:
A random draw will be held at BCAA’s Home Office on Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 to select two (2) potential winners of the Grand Prize.
Chances of winning will be dependent upon the number of eligible Ballots received at www.facebook.com/BCAA and https://twitter.com/BCAA by the Contest Closing Date. The selected entrants will be notified by e-mail or phone. BCAA will contact the winner(s) by telephone at the telephone number provided on the Ballot entry and by email if provided on the Ballot entry. If, for any reason, after 3 attempts it is not possible within a 48-hour period to contact a selected entrant(s) despite customary diligent efforts, BCAA and its agents reserve the right to disqualify that entrant(s) and randomly select another entrant(s) for the corresponding prize.
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly have answered a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question that is located on the Ballot entry. Failure to correctly answer a skill-testing question will mean that the selected entrant will be disqualified.
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must first sign a Winner’s Affidavit & Liability/Publicity Release form, agreeing to the use of his or her name, address (city only), photo, voice and/or statements without compensation other than the prize offered. Failure to sign these forms will result in the selected entrant being disqualified.
By entering the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the Contest. All decisions of BCAA with respect to all aspects of this contest are final. All residents of British Columbia are eligible to win, providing they are over the age of majority on August 8th, 2017, and providing that they are not employees of BCAA, or their advertising or promotional agencies or family members with whom these employees are domiciled, or employees of the PNE.
If for any reason in the opinion of BCAA, in its sole discretion and without notice, the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, errors or other causes beyond its control, BCAA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest including any method of entry.
BCAA is not be responsible for telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participants or downloading any materials in this contest. Finally, BCAA reserves the right to modify contest rules at our sole discretion and without notice without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.
All Ballots become the property of BCAA. No correspondence will be entered into with any contestants except with the selected entrants. The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
