She holds the ICD.D designation and is member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC and was awarded the Queen\u0026rsquo;s Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of her contributions to sport\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDiana\u0026rsquo;s board experience reflects her commitment to strong governance and vibrant communities. She has served as Chair of BlueShore Financial and the Whistler Chamber of Commerce, and as a director with Beem Credit Union. She currently serves as a director of the Whistler Housing Authority and the Whistler Community Services Society and is a member of the BC Chapter Executive of the Institute of Corporate Directors.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA dedicated community advocate, Diana has volunteered with organizations including the YWCA Metro Vancouver, Basketball BC, and the Whistler Institute for Learning Society.
