As Chief Operating Officer, Gigi was the head of TransLink\u0026rsquo;s Business Technology Services, Real Estate, Commercial Strategy \u0026amp; Innovation, Legal Services, Corporate Secretary, Indigenous Relations, Equity Diversity \u0026amp; Inclusion, Internal Audit \u0026amp; Continuous Improvement, Insurance \u0026amp; Claims, Privacy, and Access to Information functions. She previously held the position of General Counsel and Executive Vice-President Corporate Services. She also served as TransLink\u0026rsquo;s Interim CEO from February to July of 2021.\n\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\nCurrently, Gigi is on the Boards of Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union, Transportation Investment Corporation, and Union Gospel Mission. Past Board appointments include Consumer Protection BC, Commissionaires BC and the Boys and Girls Club of South Coast BC. She also chaired the Boards of TransLink\u0026rsquo;s captive insurance company and Transit Police employer entity during her tenure at TransLink. Gigi is a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\nGigi is a member of the Allard School of Law Dean\u0026rsquo;s Advisory Council and Advisory Committee, Centre for Business Law at the University of British Columbia.
