She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and an ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Her eight years of Board experience include various roles in Audit, Risk, including Cyber Risk, Strategy Information Technology and Digital Transformation, and Human Resource committees.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShe also currently sits on Prince Rupert Port Authority and previously with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation where she was formerly the Chair of the Human Resource Committee.\u0026nbsp;\u003cbr /\u003e\n\u003cbr /\u003e\nHilary is serving her first term on the BCAA board.
