I understand that if a policy is purchased more than 72 hours after the transportation and/or commercial accommodations are booked, there is no coverage for sickness or death (other than death caused by a sudden, unexpected accident) occurring within 72 hours after the purchase of the policy.

I understand that any pre-existing condition affecting me or my immediate family member(s), caregiver, friend, business partner, host at final destination, employer or key employee,will be excluded unless the pre-existing condition was stable: Applicable to Annual Multi-trip Policies a) During the 60 days prior to the date your trip is booked when the Insurance is purchased prior to the booking date; or, b) During the 60 days prior to the date this insurance is purchased when the insurance is purchased after the date your trip is booked. Applicable to Single Trip: During the 60 days prior to the date this Insurance is purchased.
