How to make a car insurance claim

You can report a claim 24 hours a day, every day by phone. Before filing a claim, please gather the following information:

  • License plate numbers of all vehicles involved
  • Names and driver's license numbers of all drivers involved
  • When and where the incident happened
  • Police report number (if necessary)
  • Witness information (if necessary)
