By opting into the British Columbia Automobile Association (“BCAA”) Short Message Service (“SMS” or “text message”) program (the “Program”), you accept these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive multiple, recurring text messages on your mobile device containing BCAA product updates, account information and reminders, and promotional offers. BCAA will send transactional messages as requested that may be triggered based on your profile and transactions and up to two (2) promotional text messages (including offers and contest information) per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt-in to the Program.
ABOUT THE BCAA TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
BCAA will not charge any fees for you to send or receive text messages. You are responsible for verifying and determining whether your mobile service provider charges you for data, for sending and/or receiving text messages, and for other standard applicable fees typically charged by mobile service providers.

- Text STOP to 22222 and you will no longer receive SMS messages from BCAA. A text message confirming that you have unsubscribed will be sent to your mobile. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- If you have any questions about the Program or SMS text messaging services, text HELP to 22222. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Text messages are distributed via third party mobile network providers and, therefore, BCAA cannot control certain factors related to message delivery or guarantee availability or performance of the Program, including liability for transmission delays or message failures. BCAA is not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, undelivered or misdirected SMS messages. BCAA may discontinue the Program at any time, without notice, but these Terms and Conditions will still apply.
TEXT MESSAGES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND BCAA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BCAA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES BCAA MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
BCAA may, in its sole discretion, change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as it relates to future use of the Program or other SMS services, by posting revised Terms & Conditions on BCAA’s website. By using the Program after the revised Terms & Conditions have been posted, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
