With this extra coverage, we’ll pay up to the amount shown on your declaration page for your share of any judgment made against your Strata Corporation that has been assessed to you. You’re only covered if the type of loss or damage involved is covered by this policy, and provided we insure the home the assessment was made against. Special levies, maintenance fees, fines and strata insurance deductibles aren’t covered.

All other terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the policy continue to apply.
