Automatic Renewal

If you are enrolled in auto renew, your BCAA Membership will renew at the end of your current term unless you cancel before the renewal date shown on your Membership Renewal Statement. You can also view your Membership renewal date by logging in to your myBCAA account. 

How to Cancel

To cancel your renewal at no charge, you must call us before your renewal date and speak with an agent. Your BCAA Membership coverage and benefits will continue until the end of your current term and will not renew.

If your Membership has already renewed, you may still cancel anytime by calling us. You may be eligible for a refund or have an amount owing in accordance with applicable legislation and BCAA’s Membership Terms and Conditions.
