Road trips are better with a BCAA Membership

Our road trip from BC to Nova Scotia quickly became stressful when our truck broke down while we were towing a fifth‑wheel trailer. We weren’t entirely sure where we were, but we knew we needed help.

When we called BCAA, the operator patiently worked with us to pinpoint our location using nearby landmarks. With our BCAA RV Membership, the right support arrived fully prepared. A flat‑deck tow truck was sent for the truck, along with another vehicle equipped to safely tow our trailer to the repair shop.

In a situation that could have been overwhelming but BCAA made everything feel manageable. From problem solving on the phone to having the right equipment on site, the experience reminded us exactly why we’ve been Members for over 30 years.

We don’t need roadside assistance often, but when we do, BCAA is always there. And just to prove that anything can happen on the road, we were calling them again two weeks later to unlock the truck after we accidentally left the keys inside. Once again, BCAA came through.
