BCAA kept the weekend rocking

A family road trip to a rock concert almost came to a stop before it even began.

The night before our early departure, our vehicle wouldn't start due to a dead battery. With tickets purchased and a special weekend planned with our children, we were worried a delay could mean missing out on an experience we'd been looking forward to for months.

Using the BCAA App, I requested roadside assistance and a technician arrived quickly. After confirming the battery had failed, he explained my options and was able to replace it on the spot that same night. Instead of waiting until morning for a tow and repair, we were back on track and ready to hit the road as planned.

Thanks to BCAA, what could have been a major disruption became a minor inconvenience. More importantly, they helped ensure our family didn't miss a memorable concert weekend together and the chance to create lasting memories.
