BCAA’s CEO Eric Hopkins recognized in Business in Vancouver’s BC500 for 2026

Burnaby, B.C., July 28, 2026 – BCAA President & CEO Eric Hopkins has been recognized in Business in Vancouver's BC500 for 2026, an annual publication highlighting influential leaders across British Columbia.

Now in its fifth edition, BC500 recognizes leaders who have demonstrated professional achievement and made a meaningful impact in their industries and communities.

This recognition reflects Eric's leadership and focus on creating new ways to support people across the province. Under his leadership, BCAA has been recognized as a Top Employer for eight years in a row and has grown both its core Membership and Insurance businesses as well as expanded into new sectors, including Evo Car Share and Evolve E-Bike and E-Scooter Share, BCAA Auto and Task Marketplaces. Reflecting Eric’s passion for community impact, BCAA has continued to advance initiatives that support road safety and wildfire resilience in British Columbia.

Eric's inclusion in the BIV BC500 list recognizes his leadership in the BC business community alongside other leaders helping shape British Columbia's communities, industries and future.
