The annual Ipsos study surveyed 2,400 BC consumers to measure brand love through aspects like trust, relevance, and emotional connection, and combine these into an overall score. BCAA was assessed on seven distinct dimensions of brand love: engagement, presence, trust, influence, leading edge, empathy and corporate citizenship.
