Going above and beyond when you need us

Our five-year-old daughter has muscular dystrophy. When our accessible vehicle broke down, I called BCAA to have the car towed to a local body shop. The body shop let us know they could address the issue that afternoon and have the vehicle back to us, but I was a bit worried about the tow truck coming before the body shop closed for the day. I called back BCAA and explained the situation, as the vehicle is essential for my daughter's transport. They did not hesitate to prioritize our request, and the tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. We were able to get our vehicle serviced and returned that afternoon. We are so grateful for the customer service we received as it truly went above and beyond!
