A Harley, a ferry fiasco and a May long weekend saved!

I've always been super impressed with anytime I've needed BCAA. I've been a Member since I was 20 years old so that's close to 30 years, with a few years absence from my Membership.

This experience surpasses any service I've had. My motorbike sensor failed on the ferry on the Monday of the May long weekend :(

Communicating with the driver of the BCAA tow truck and the dispatcher was phenomenal. I wasn't expecting them to be as quick as they were. I needed a flat deck for my motorbike. Joe went out of his way. Knowing he had an issue with some of his equipment, he went back and picked up what he needed to tow my bike.

He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Hands down he's a great asset to BCAA. My precious Harley was returned safely home.

Thank you for turning what may have been quite the stressful situation into something very positive :)
