How to register
Get started in 3 simple steps:
1. Choose Travel Delay +AutoPay
Get BCAA’s Trip Protection Package or add Travel Delay +AutoPay to your BCAA Travel Emergency Medical Insurance policy*.
2. Log In & Add Your Flights
Log in to your Travel Delay +AutoPay account and register your flights at least 6 hours before departure. Don’t have an account? Create one using the link in your registration email.
3. You’re all set!
Your registered flights are automatically tracked so the moment your trip is delayed you’ll get an alert to redeem your cash payout or lounge pass.
Did your delay cost you more?
- Keep your receipts and apply for reimbursement at bcaa.com/travelclaims
- Get up to $900 per person for restaurant and hotel expenses if your flight is delayed 4+ hours
- If your baggage is delayed 6+ hours, you’re covered up to $900 for essential clothing and personal care items
