BCAA Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study for Home Insurance Providers in Western Canada
Burnaby, B.C., July 9, 2018 – BCAA has been awarded the highest ranking in customer satisfaction among home insurance providers in Western Canada by renowned research company J.D. Power, making this BCAA’s eighth J.D. Power Award.
In the 2018 study, BCAA’s overall score of 799 is well above the Western region average score of 769. Additionally, BCAA achieved the highest score in the regional study factors of Policy Offerings, Price, and Billing and Payment.
