BCAA Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study for Home Insurance Providers in Western Canada – 9th win
Burnaby, B.C., March 28, 2019 – BCAA has achieved the highest rank in customer satisfaction among home insurance providers in Western Canada according to renowned research company J.D. Power, making this BCAA’s 9th award.
In the 2019 study, BCAA got an overall score of 800 – 60 points ahead of the Western region average score of 740. BCAA achieved the highest score among rank-eligible insurers in the Western region for each of the five factors measured in the study: product/policy offerings, price, billing & payment, non-claim interaction and claims.
