Use bcaa.com to:

Buy or renew BCAA Membership and Insurance online anytime
  • Morning, noon or night, you can purchase or renew BCAA Membership and Insurance policies at any time you want, 24/7, 365 days a year. Plus, you can save up to 20% as a BCAA Member on BCAA Insurance.
  • If your vehicle breaks down, BCAA Members can use bcaa.com to request roadside assistance 24-hours a day. It's quick and easy. All you need is your BCAA Membership number and postal code to start a request. 

Renew your ICBC policy online
  • BCAA drivers with eligible ICBC policies can use our Online Renewal Tool to save time from having to call in and face lengthy wait times.

Get the BCAA app
  • Download the BCAA app to access your virtual BCAA Membership, request roadside assistance with a simple tap, and find savings wherever you go from some of your favourite brands.

To create a My Account, you just need your email address, your BCAA Membership number, the year you became a Member (you’ll find it on your BCAA Membership card and your annual Membership statement), plus the postal code that’s on your billing statement. Get started now at bcaa.com/signup.
