Renew your ICBC policy online
  • BCAA drivers with eligible ICBC policies can use our Online Renewal Tool to save time from having to call in and face lengthy wait times.

  • If your vehicle breaks down, BCAA Members can use request 24/7 roadside assistance in myBCAA. It’s quick and simple, look for the red ‘Road Assist’ button when you first log in. Have your BCAA Membership number and postal code handy to start your request.

  • Start a claim for any BCAA Insurance product from the Claims page or while you’re managing one of your policy’s.

You can create your myBCAA account with a BCAA Membership or an Insurance policy.

If you’re creating an account with a BCAA Membership, you’ll just need your email address, your BCAA Membership number, the year you became a Member (you’ll find it on your BCAA Membership card and your annual Membership statement), plus the postal code that’s on your billing statement.

If you’re creating an account with an Insurance policy, you’ll just need your policy number and to list your name and date of birth exactly as it appears on your policy.
