A Single Trip policy covers one specific trip, perfect if you’re planning a short getaway or annual vacation. An Annual Multi-trip plan covers multiple trips throughout the year – a convenient and cost-effective option that’s ideal for frequent travellers. With BCAA, both options are flexible, affordable and designed to fit your lifestyle.
We make the claims process as smooth as possible. You can start your claim at any point (even when you return from your trip) and do it online, over the phone, or by email – whatever works best for you. Just have your policy number and any supporting documents (like receipts or medical records) handy. Remember, all documentation must be received within 1 year from the date of loss!
